The Scratchpad is a linked Google Doc framework inside the campaign creation modal. Fill in each answer in detail, copy the full document, paste it into the campaign prompt field, and the system will generate a well-optimized outreach campaign from it.

What should I write in the campaign objective prompt?

Be as specific as possible. Include: what your product or service is, why a prospect should choose you, what you want them to do (book a call, sign up, visit your website), and the top objections you commonly face. Using the Scratchpad framework ensures you cover all of this automatically.

Can I edit my campaign after it has been created?

Yes. After the system generates your campaign, you have full flexibility to edit every section including outreach messages, follow-up sequences, chat flow logic, and sources. Nothing is locked after creation.

Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?

Yes. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously across different sender profiles and objectives. However, the same lead cannot be active in two campaigns at the same time. You must end one campaign for a lead before adding them to another.

Can I pause a campaign without losing my data or lead progress?

Yes. Sbl.so gives you granular pause controls. You can pause outreach only, pause both outreach and AI replies, or pause sequences entirely, all without losing any lead data or campaign progress. Resume anytime from exactly where you left off.

Persona & LinkedIn Account Setup

How do I connect my LinkedIn account to Sbl.so?

Go to the Persona tab inside your campaign. You can connect your LinkedIn profile either by entering your LinkedIn email and password directly, or by logging in via the Sbl.so browser extension. Once connected, your account will appear as active and ready for outreach.

How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?

Unlimited. One subscription gives you one workspace with unlimited LinkedIn accounts. You can add as many sender profiles as you need without any per-account charges. This is one of Sbl.so’s core differentiators compared to other LinkedIn outreach tools.

Can I set specific working hours for my LinkedIn outreach?

Yes. Click the calendar icon next to your connected LinkedIn profile in the Persona tab. You can set your preferred timezone, define active outreach days and hours (for example, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), and configure your daily invite limit. Outreach will only run during the hours you define.

What actions can I add to a warm-up sequence?

What is the difference between New Leads and Connected Leads messaging?

Can I send a connection request without an opening message?

Yes. In the New Leads tab, check the option to send a connection request without a note. Once the prospect accepts, your outreach message will be sent automatically as the first message in the conversation.

What are Smart Variables and how do they personalize my messages?

Smart Variables are dynamic placeholders that scan a prospect’s LinkedIn profile in real time before sending your message. Two key ones are:

  • Post-related: Finds a relevant trigger from the prospect’s recent LinkedIn posts and weaves it into your message.
  • Profile-related: Analyzes their profile and identifies the most converting personalization angle.

You can also narrow them. For example, “post-related on B2B” pulls triggers only from posts the prospect has written about B2B topics.

How do I set up follow-up messages?

In the Outreach Sequence tab, after setting your primary outreach message, add follow-up messages with custom delays. For example, if a prospect accepts your connection but does not reply within two days, your first follow-up goes out automatically. You can chain as many follow-ups as needed, each with its own timing and message.

What happens if a prospect does not accept my connection request?

You can enable automatic connection withdrawal. If a prospect does not accept within a defined number of days (for example, 7 days), Sbl.so withdraws the request automatically. This keeps your pending connection queue clean and protects your account health over time.

Can I send images, videos, or PDFs in my outreach messages?

What is an AI-cloned voice note and how does it work?

Once you train your voice in the Persona tab, you can send any outreach message as an audio message in your own AI-cloned voice. Can the AI send voice notes in chat replies, not just initial outreach?

Can I attach case studies or files as part of AI chat replies?

What is the Chat Flow?

The Chat Flow is where you configure how the AI manages every conversation after a prospect replies. Once configured, the AI runs the full conversation end to end based on your instructions.

How do I set up intent-based responses?

Write reasoning instructions for different scenarios. For example:

  • If the user shows strong interest, suggest a 20-minute call and share your calendar link.
  • If the user raises a pricing objection, clarify the value and offer to send a case study.
  • If the user is not ready, offer to share the website link for more context.

The AI reads these instructions and crafts contextually appropriate responses for each scenario.

What is the “Must” variable in Chat Flow?

Human Intervention is flagged when the AI encounters a query it cannot handle confidently, for example a prospect asking for a free trial that is not part of your offer. The AI marks that conversation as “Requires Human Intervention” and sends you a dashboard notification. You step in, reply manually, and mark it as resolved.

Will the AI make up information it does not have?

No. Sbl.so is designed to avoid hallucination. If the AI does not have relevant information to answer a prospect’s question, it will either end the conversation or flag it for human intervention depending on your Chat Flow setup. It will not generate false claims.

What is the Schedule action in Chat Flow?
