Please read this carefully before hiring any SDR profile on the Sbl.so platform.
By completing a purchase or activating an SDR profile, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by all terms set forth below. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the hire.
1. Nature of the Service (Hiring, Not Ownership)
Sbl.so facilitates the temporary hiring of Sales Development Representative (“SDR”) LinkedIn profiles for outreach and engagement purposes. At no point does the Client purchase, acquire, own, or obtain any proprietary rights over any SDR profile, LinkedIn account, or any associated credentials.
What you are actually paying for
The Client is strictly hiring access to an SDR profile for defined outreach activities. The underlying LinkedIn account is owned exclusively and entirely by the individual SDR (“Account Owner”) assigned to that profile. This is not a purchase. It is a managed access arrangement.
Alignment with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service
This arrangement is intentionally structured to align with LinkedIn’s own Terms of Service, which prohibit the sale or transfer of accounts. Sbl.so does not sell accounts. Clients are engaging human operators under a managed service model. The Account Owner retains full, unconditional ownership of their LinkedIn account at all times — before, during, and after any Client engagement. The Client acquires no legal, operational, or implicit claim over the account under any circumstances.
2. Dual-Access Nature of SDR Accounts
Critical Notice: SDR accounts are active human LinkedIn profiles. The Account Owner continues to access and use their account independently during and after the Client’s hiring period. This is a fundamental and non-negotiable characteristic of the service.
What the SDR can do by default
Unless the Client has subscribed to a Restriction Add-On (Section 5), the Account Owner may at any time:
- Post their own content on LinkedIn
- Engage with posts, articles, and profiles on the platform
- Comment on, like, or share content — including content related to the Client’s competitors, industry, or market
- Conduct their own personal or professional networking activities
- Build and maintain their personal brand on the platform
Client acceptance of this reality
The Client explicitly acknowledges and accepts this dual-access nature prior to activating any SDR profile. Sbl.so makes no representation that the SDR profile will be exclusively dedicated to the Client’s activities unless a Restriction Add-On (Section 5) is in place. Any complaint, dispute, or refund request arising from the Account Owner’s independent activity — in the absence of a valid Restriction Add-On — will not be entertained.
3. Permitted Use by the Client
What you are authorised to do
The Client is authorised to use the hired SDR profile solely for:
- LinkedIn-based outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Sending connection requests to target prospects
- Conducting scripted or approved outreach messaging sequences
- Engaging with prospects in the context of the Client’s business development activities, as directed via the Sbl.so platform
What you are not allowed to do
The Client agrees to use SDR profiles in a fair, ethical, and lawful manner at all times. The Client shall not:
- Use SDR profiles for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any activity that violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service
- Engage in harassment, deceptive, or manipulative practices through the profiles
- Attempt to access, alter, or extract any personal data belonging to the Account Owner
- Use the profiles for any illegal activity, including fraud, identity misrepresentation, or unlawful data collection
- Share, sublease, or transfer access to any SDR profile to any third party not authorised by Sbl.so
The Client accepts full and sole responsibility for the nature and content of all outreach messages, sequences, and campaigns conducted through hired SDR profiles. Sbl.so accepts no liability for consequences arising from Client-directed activity.
4. SDR Account Owner Obligations
Zero tolerance for client data misuse
The Account Owner agrees and warrants that they will not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly access, use, leverage, copy, share, or otherwise exploit any data generated through outreach activities conducted on behalf of a Client. This includes:
- Prospect contact details
- Conversation threads and replies generated during a Client campaign
- Client-provided messaging scripts, targeting criteria, or campaign strategies
- Any lead lists, pipeline data, or CRM-linked information
Duration of this obligation
This obligation survives the termination or expiry of the Client’s hiring period and remains in force indefinitely. Breach of this obligation constitutes a material violation of Sbl.so’s SDR Partner Agreement and will result in immediate removal from the platform and potential legal action.
5. Restriction Add-On — Limiting SDR Independent Activity
What it does
Clients who require an SDR profile to be restricted from independent posting and engagement activities may purchase a Restriction Add-On for an additional fee per SDR account, per billing cycle. This fee will be communicated at the time of purchase and is subject to change with notice.
What the SDR agrees to under a Restriction Add-On
Under a valid Restriction Add-On, the Account Owner agrees to refrain from:
- Publishing independent posts or articles on LinkedIn during the active restriction period
- Engaging with content (likes, comments, shares) that is not directly related to the Client’s approved outreach activities
What it does not do
The Restriction Add-On does not grant the Client ownership or exclusive control of the SDR account. It is a temporary operational arrangement and remains subject to all other terms in this Agreement. Clients who do not purchase a Restriction Add-On have no right to object to, demand removal of, or seek compensation for any independent activity conducted by the Account Owner.
6. Brand Posting Add-On — SDR Posts About Your Business
What this unlocks
Clients may additionally purchase a Brand Posting Add-On, under which the Account Owner will actively publish content about the Client’s brand, products, or services on their LinkedIn profile. This is a separate, additional fee from the Restriction Add-On and from the base hiring cost.
Content requirements and approval
Brand Posting content must be provided or approved by the Client and submitted through the Sbl.so platform. Sbl.so and the Account Owner reserve the right to decline content that:
- Violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service
- Contains false, misleading, or legally problematic claims
- Is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all Brand Posting content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and LinkedIn’s platform policies. Brand Posting does not constitute an endorsement by the Account Owner or by Sbl.so of the Client’s products or services.
7. Account Restrictions and the 48-Hour Replacement Policy
When an account gets restricted
In the event that a hired SDR account becomes restricted, suspended, or otherwise inaccessible by LinkedIn — whether due to platform action, safety flags, or outreach volume — Sbl.so will replace the account with a comparable SDR profile within forty-eight (48) hours of the confirmed restriction being reported.
Reporting obligations
The Client must report account restrictions promptly via the Sbl.so platform or designated support channel. Delays in reporting may affect the replacement timeline and do not extend the Client’s billing period.
Limitations during replacement
Sbl.so will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to ongoing campaigns during a replacement, but accepts no liability for lost outreach opportunities, pipeline gaps, or revenue impact resulting from an account restriction or replacement window. Replacement accounts are subject to the same warm-up and daily limit protocols outlined in Section 9.
8. No Refund Policy
All payments made for SDR profile hiring are strictly non-refundable. This includes base hiring fees, Restriction Add-Ons, Brand Posting Add-Ons, and any other associated fees.
What this covers
This no-refund policy applies without exception, including:
- Dissatisfaction with outreach results or response rates
- Changes in the Client’s business requirements or strategy
- Account restrictions covered under the 48-hour replacement policy
- Independent posting or engagement by the Account Owner where no Restriction Add-On was purchased
- Early termination of the engagement by the Client
The replacement is your remedy
The 48-hour replacement obligation in Section 7 is the sole and exclusive remedy for account unavailability. No refund will be issued in lieu of replacement. In exceptional circumstances, Sbl.so may — at its sole and absolute discretion — issue account credits toward future services. This is not an entitlement and will not be granted upon request.
9. Daily Message Limits and Account Warm-Up Protocol
Why this exists
All SDR accounts — whether new or replacement — are subject to a mandatory warm-up period and phased daily message limits. This protocol exists to protect account health, deliverability, and the long-term reliability of the service.
New account limits
New SDR accounts will be subject to hard daily outreach limits during an initial warm-up phase, typically spanning the first several weeks of activation. These limits are set and enforced by Sbl.so and are not negotiable or overridable by the Client.
The hard cap — 30 messages per day
As an account matures and account health metrics stabilise, outreach capacity will increase incrementally. The hard maximum outreach limit for any SDR account — regardless of age or account health — is thirty (30) outreach messages per day. This cap is absolute and exists solely to protect account standing and long-term deliverability.
No circumventing the limits
The Client agrees not to attempt to circumvent, override, or pressure Sbl.so to increase daily limits beyond the defined caps. Any such request will be declined. Any attempt by the Client to manually conduct additional outreach beyond these caps through any means constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Sbl.so is not liable for reduced outreach volume during the warm-up period — this is a disclosed and expected characteristic of the service.
10. Platform Compliance
The Client and Sbl.so each represent that their respective roles in this arrangement are structured to align with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and platform policies to the best of their ability. Sbl.so operates a managed human operator service and does not claim to be a LinkedIn-authorised partner or reseller.
LinkedIn may update its Terms of Service at any time. The Client is responsible for remaining informed about and compliant with LinkedIn’s policies as they relate to the Client’s use of the platform.
If LinkedIn takes action against any SDR account as a result of activity directed, instructed, or caused by the Client, the replacement obligation in Section 7 remains subject to Sbl.so’s reasonable determination of fault. Where the restriction is deemed Client-caused, Sbl.so reserves the right to refuse replacement without liability.
11. Data and Privacy
The Client agrees not to instruct SDR profiles to collect, extract, scrape, or store personal data of LinkedIn users in any manner that violates applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Sbl.so does not sell or share Client campaign data with third parties, except as required to operate the service or as required by law. The Account Owner’s obligations regarding Client campaign data are governed by Section 4 of this Agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sbl.so’s total liability to the Client under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Sbl.so in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Sbl.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, reputational damage, or loss of opportunity — arising from the use of SDR profiles, account restrictions, or any Account Owner’s independent activity.
13. Amendments
Sbl.so reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of any SDR profile after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
