Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before hiring, purchasing access to, or activating any SDR profile through the Sbl.so platform.
By completing a purchase, paying an invoice, activating an SDR profile, or otherwise using an SDR profile supplied through Sbl.so, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Important: The SDR profiles offered at Sbl.so’s standard or subsidized pricing are predominantly sourced from the Asia-Pacific (“APAC”) region, with a significant proportion sourced from India. By purchasing or activating an SDR profile, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts this sourcing model.
Unless a separate Location Change Add-On or other location-specific service has been purchased, the Client is paying for access to the profile in its standard supplied configuration. Any requested change relating to the profile’s operating location, regional positioning, or other supported geographical configuration is a separate paid service and is not included in the standard profile hiring fee.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not proceed with the hire or use of an SDR profile.
1. Nature of the Service — Hiring, Not Ownership
1.1 Nature of the Arrangement
Sbl.so facilitates the temporary hiring of Sales Development Representative (“SDR”) LinkedIn profiles for outreach and engagement purposes.
At no point does the Client purchase, acquire, own, or obtain any proprietary rights over any SDR profile, LinkedIn account, account credentials, or associated digital identity.
1.2 What the Client Is Paying For
The Client is strictly hiring managed access to an SDR profile for defined outreach activities.
The underlying LinkedIn account remains owned exclusively and entirely by the individual SDR or account owner (“Account Owner”) assigned to that profile.
This arrangement does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the LinkedIn account.
1.3 Account Ownership
The Account Owner retains ownership of the underlying LinkedIn account before, during, and after the Client’s engagement.
The Client acquires no ownership, proprietary, legal, or continuing operational claim over the account unless a separate written arrangement has expressly been approved by Sbl.so.
2. Dual-Access Nature of SDR Accounts
2.1 Active Human Profiles
SDR accounts supplied through Sbl.so are active human LinkedIn profiles.
The Account Owner may continue to access and use their account independently during and after the Client’s hiring period unless a specific restriction has been purchased and confirmed through Sbl.so.
This is a fundamental characteristic of the service.
2.2 Activities Permitted to the Account Owner
Unless the Client has subscribed to an applicable Restriction Add-On under Section 6, the Account Owner may:
- Publish their own content on LinkedIn.
- Engage with posts, articles, and profiles.
- Comment on, like, or share content, including content relating to companies operating within the Client’s market or industry.
- Conduct their own personal or professional networking activities.
- Build and maintain their personal brand.
- Continue ordinary personal use of their LinkedIn account.
2.3 Client Acceptance
The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts the dual-access nature of SDR profiles.
Sbl.so does not represent or guarantee that an SDR profile will be exclusively dedicated to the Client unless an applicable Restriction Add-On has been purchased and remains active.
Complaints, disputes, refund requests, or replacement requests arising solely from the Account Owner’s permitted independent activity will not be accepted where no applicable Restriction Add-On was purchased.
3. Profile Sourcing, APAC Origin, and Location Configuration
3.1 Standard Sourcing Model
The Client acknowledges that SDR profiles supplied through Sbl.so at the standard or subsidized profile rate are predominantly sourced from the APAC region and, in particular, India.
This sourcing model enables Sbl.so to make profiles available at the commercial rates offered through the platform.
By purchasing or activating a profile, the Client confirms that they understand and accept that the underlying Account Owner may be based in India or another APAC country.
3.2 What the Standard Profile Price Includes
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, the standard profile hiring price covers access to an SDR profile in the configuration offered by Sbl.so at the time of purchase.
The standard price does not automatically include:
- A change to another country or geographical operating location.
- Location-specific preparation.
- Location-specific pre-warm-up.
- Regional transition procedures.
- Special operating-location requirements.
- Other geographical customization requested by the Client.
Any such service must be separately purchased where offered.
3.3 Location Change Add-On
Where the Client requires a profile to be prepared or operationally configured for outreach associated with another country or region, the Client must purchase the applicable Location Change Add-On, Location Change Top-Up, or other location-specific service communicated by Sbl.so.
The applicable additional charge depends on the requested location, configuration, preparation requirements, and operational work involved.
Payment of the standard profile hiring fee does not entitle the Client to a free location change.
3.4 The Underlying Account Owner Does Not Change
A Location Change Add-On does not change the actual underlying Account Owner.
Where an APAC or India-sourced SDR profile is prepared for outreach targeting the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, or another region, the underlying profile remains the profile of its original Account Owner.
The Client acknowledges that the service involves optimizing the account’s permitted outreach configuration and operational setup for the Client’s target market.
Nothing in this Agreement should be interpreted as representing that the Account Owner has changed nationality, personal identity, or genuine personal history.
3.5 Profile Optimization for the Client’s Target Market
Where a valid location or regional service has been purchased, Sbl.so may, where operationally appropriate:
- Prepare the profile for the requested target market.
- Conduct pre-warm-up activities.
- Adjust supported operating-location configurations.
- Adjust campaign targeting.
- Adapt outreach positioning.
- Implement region-specific operating procedures.
- Perform other account-safety preparation considered appropriate by Sbl.so.
The objective of these activities is to prepare the supplied profile for outreach toward the Client’s intended country or region while maintaining reasonable account safety.
3.6 No Guarantee Created by Location Optimization
Location preparation, regional optimization, pre-warm-up, and related procedures are risk-reduction measures only.
They do not constitute a guarantee that LinkedIn or another third-party platform will not request verification, limit account functionality, review the account, restrict the account, suspend the account, flag particular activity, or otherwise take enforcement or safety action.
Replacement eligibility following such an event remains governed by Section 8.
4. Permitted Use by the Client
4.1 Authorised Use
The Client is authorised to use a hired SDR profile solely for legitimate business development activities, including:
- LinkedIn-based outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Sending connection requests to relevant prospects.
- Conducting approved outreach messaging sequences.
- Engaging with prospects in connection with the Client’s business development activities.
- Conducting campaigns through the Sbl.so ecosystem in accordance with applicable account limits and safety protocols.
4.2 Prohibited Use
The Client must use all SDR profiles fairly, responsibly, ethically, and lawfully.
The Client shall not:
- Use an SDR profile for spam or abusive bulk messaging.
- Send threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate messages.
- Conduct outreach reasonably likely to cause significant prospect complaints, reports, or platform flags.
- Engage in fraud, unlawful impersonation, unlawful data collection, or other illegal activity.
- Attempt to extract, misuse, or access personal information belonging to the Account Owner.
- Attempt to bypass limits, controls, restrictions, or safety systems imposed by Sbl.so.
- Share, sublease, resell, transfer, or provide access to an SDR profile to an unauthorised third party.
- Move or operate an SDR profile outside the Sbl.so ecosystem except where expressly approved under Section 13.
4.3 Client Responsibility for Outreach
The Client accepts full responsibility for the nature, wording, targeting, frequency, strategy, and content of campaigns and messages initiated or instructed by the Client.
Where an account restriction, prospect complaint, platform flag, warning, suspension, or loss of access results from Client-directed activity, such an event will be treated as Client-caused and will not automatically qualify for replacement.
5. SDR Account Owner Obligations
5.1 Client Data Protection
The Account Owner shall not directly or indirectly access, use, copy, share, sell, exploit, or independently leverage data generated through outreach activities conducted on behalf of a Client.
This includes:
- Prospect contact information.
- Conversation threads and prospect replies.
- Client messaging scripts.
- Targeting criteria.
- Campaign strategies.
- Lead lists.
- Pipeline information.
- CRM-linked information.
- Confidential business information obtained through the engagement.
5.2 Continuing Obligation
These obligations continue after the Client’s hiring period ends.
A material breach may result in removal of the Account Owner from the Sbl.so ecosystem and any other action considered appropriate by Sbl.so.
6. Restriction Add-On — Limiting SDR Independent Activity
6.1 Purpose
Clients requiring an SDR profile to limit independent posting or engagement may purchase a Restriction Add-On for an additional fee per SDR profile and per applicable billing cycle.
Pricing will be communicated at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
6.2 Restrictions Applying to the Account Owner
While a valid Restriction Add-On remains active, the Account Owner may be required to refrain from:
- Publishing independent posts or articles during the applicable restriction period.
- Engaging with unrelated content through likes, comments, or shares where such activities conflict with the agreed restriction.
6.3 No Ownership Rights Created
A Restriction Add-On does not transfer ownership or exclusive legal control of the LinkedIn account to the Client.
It creates only a temporary operational restriction and remains subject to all other provisions of this Agreement.
Clients who have not purchased the relevant Restriction Add-On have no right to request compensation, refunds, credits, or replacement solely because of independent activity conducted by the Account Owner.
7. Brand Posting Add-On — SDR Posts About the Client’s Business
7.1 Brand Posting Service
Clients may purchase a Brand Posting Add-On under which the Account Owner may publish approved content concerning the Client’s brand, business, products, or services.
This is a separate paid service from the base profile hiring fee and any Restriction Add-On.
7.2 Content Approval and Responsibility
Brand Posting content must be supplied or approved by the Client and submitted through an approved Sbl.so process.
Sbl.so and the Account Owner may refuse any content that:
- Violates applicable platform rules.
- Contains false or misleading claims.
- Creates an unreasonable legal or reputational risk.
- Is discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or inappropriate.
- Violates applicable laws or advertising requirements.
The Client remains responsible for claims contained within Client-provided or Client-approved content.
Brand Posting does not constitute an endorsement of the Client’s products or services by Sbl.so or the Account Owner.
8. Account Restrictions and Replacement Policy
8.1 Replacement Applies Only to Eligible Sbl.so or System-Side Issues
Sbl.so’s replacement protocol applies only where Sbl.so determines that the relevant profile became unusable primarily because of a verified system-side issue, technical issue, Sbl.so-managed operational issue, or another circumstance for which Sbl.so reasonably determines the Client was not responsible.
A restricted, suspended, flagged, inaccessible, or otherwise unusable profile does not automatically qualify for replacement.
8.2 Standard 48-Hour Replacement Protocol
For a confirmed eligible replacement, Sbl.so follows a standard forty-eight (48) hour replacement protocol.
This means that once Sbl.so has reviewed the issue and confirmed that the profile qualifies for replacement, Sbl.so will begin the replacement process and make reasonable efforts to deliver a comparable replacement profile within forty-eight (48) hours.
The Client acknowledges that the forty-eight-hour period is a standard operational target and protocol rather than an unconditional or absolute delivery guarantee.
8.3 Replacement Timeline Begins After Eligibility Confirmation
The replacement process begins after:
- The Client properly reports the affected profile.
- Sbl.so receives the information reasonably required to investigate the issue.
- Sbl.so confirms that the affected profile qualifies for replacement.
Accordingly, the forty-eight-hour replacement protocol does not necessarily begin at the exact moment the profile becomes unavailable or the initial support request is submitted.
8.4 Higher-Volume and Bulk Replacements May Require Additional Time
Where the Client requires the replacement of multiple SDR profiles at the same time, particularly where the Client operates a higher quantity of profiles, delivery of all replacement profiles may reasonably require more than forty-eight (48) hours and, depending on quantity and availability, several additional days.
Replacement timing may be affected by:
- The number of profiles requiring replacement.
- Availability of suitable comparable profiles.
- Requested profile characteristics.
- Requested location or regional configuration.
- Warm-up or pre-warm-up requirements.
- Verification or safety procedures.
- Account Owner availability.
- Other operational requirements reasonably necessary before delivery.
8.5 Client Acceptance of Bulk Replacement Timelines
By purchasing, operating, or maintaining multiple SDR profiles through Sbl.so, the Client acknowledges and expressly accepts that a higher replacement quantity may require a longer processing and delivery period.
The standard forty-eight-hour replacement protocol should not be interpreted as requiring Sbl.so to deliver an unlimited quantity of replacement profiles within forty-eight hours.
Sbl.so will make reasonable efforts to process replacements as quickly as operationally possible and may deliver replacement profiles progressively rather than all at once.
A reasonable delay resulting from the volume of replacements required will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and will not, by itself, entitle the Client to a refund, credit, cancellation, or compensation.
8.6 Situations Not Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will not be provided where an account restriction, suspension, flag, warning, limitation, loss of access, or other adverse event is caused or materially contributed to by the Client, including but not limited to:
- Sending inappropriate, abusive, misleading, aggressive, spam-like, or prohibited messages.
- Sending messages that result in prospects reporting, flagging, blocking, or complaining about the account.
- Excessive or abnormal outreach behaviour initiated or instructed by the Client.
- Circumventing Sbl.so’s outreach or warm-up limits.
- Using the profile through unauthorised tools, systems, devices, networks, automations, or third parties.
- Repeatedly requesting substantial profile changes.
- Making or requesting material changes concerning the profile’s location, regional information, identity-representing information, or other sensitive account characteristics outside an approved Sbl.so process.
- Conducting activities outside the Sbl.so ecosystem after the profile has been externally transferred or released.
- Any Client-directed activity that Sbl.so reasonably determines created or materially increased the risk to the profile.
In these situations, Sbl.so may decline replacement without providing a refund, service credit, or substitute profile.
8.7 Location Changes and Replacement Eligibility
Where the Client wishes to materially change the operating location or regional configuration of a profile, any applicable Location Change Add-On, Location Change Top-Up, or similar service must first be purchased through Sbl.so.
A profile that is independently moved, accessed, modified, or operated from another location without the applicable approved location-change process will not qualify for replacement if the profile is subsequently restricted, flagged, suspended, or otherwise affected.
Where the Client purchases the applicable Location Change Add-On, Sbl.so may perform additional preparation, including pre-warm-up procedures, operating-location adjustments, and other account-safety measures.
These measures are intended to reduce risk but do not constitute a guarantee against third-party platform action.
8.8 Sbl.so Determination
Replacement eligibility will be determined by Sbl.so after reviewing the circumstances surrounding the affected profile.
The Client agrees to reasonably cooperate with the investigation by supplying relevant campaign, messaging, access, configuration, or activity information requested by Sbl.so.
8.9 Reporting Requirements
The Client must report account restrictions or loss of access promptly through the Sbl.so platform or designated support channel.
A delay in reporting may delay investigation or replacement and does not automatically pause or extend the Client’s billing cycle.
8.10 Replacement as the Applicable Remedy
For an eligible account issue, replacement under this Section is the Client’s applicable remedy.
Sbl.so is not responsible for lost outreach opportunities, delayed campaigns, loss of pipeline, reputational effects, or lost revenue occurring during investigation, preparation, or replacement.
9. Profile Delivery and Billing Commencement
9.1 When Billing Begins
Unless a separate written commercial agreement expressly states otherwise, billing for an SDR profile begins on the earlier of:
- The date the profile is delivered, shipped, assigned, or otherwise made available to the Client through the Sbl.so dashboard.
- Four (4) calendar days after payment or confirmation of the applicable profile order.
Whichever occurs first will constitute the commencement of the applicable billing period.
9.2 Delivery Before Four Days
Where Sbl.so delivers or makes the profile available in the Client’s dashboard before the four-day period has expired, billing begins upon such delivery or availability.
The Client may not defer the billing commencement date merely by delaying campaign setup, onboarding, configuration, or use of the profile after it has been delivered.
9.3 Profile Not Yet Actively Used
Once billing has commenced under this Section, the fact that the Client has not yet launched a campaign, connected an integration, completed onboarding, started outreach, or actively used the profile does not postpone or suspend the applicable billing cycle.
10. Human-Led Operations and Processing Delays
10.1 Human-Operated Service
Sbl.so’s SDR profiles involve real human Account Owners and human-assisted operational processes.
Activations, renewals, profile preparation, safety checks, verification, configuration changes, replacements, add-ons, and other account-level actions may therefore require manual processing.
10.2 Potential Processing Delays
Reasonable processing delays may occur in connection with:
- Activating a new SDR profile.
- Completing profile preparation.
- Processing renewals.
- Completing verification or safety checks.
- Configuring add-ons.
- Reviewing account restrictions.
- Preparing individual or bulk replacements.
- Performing approved location changes.
- Performing warm-up or pre-warm-up procedures.
- Conducting other actions requiring participation from the Account Owner or Sbl.so team.
10.3 Acceptance of Operational Delays
The Client acknowledges that reasonable operational delays are an inherent characteristic of a human-operated service.
Such reasonable delays will not automatically constitute a breach of this Agreement or create an entitlement to a refund, service credit, billing dispute, or replacement profile.
10.4 Billing Following Commencement
Once billing has commenced in accordance with Section 9, reasonable operational or processing delays do not automatically stop, reset, extend, or suspend the applicable billing cycle.
Sbl.so may provide a credit or billing adjustment in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion, but such adjustment is not an entitlement.
11. No Refund Policy
11.1 Payments Are Non-Refundable
Except where expressly required by applicable law, all payments made for SDR profile hiring are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Base profile hiring fees.
- Restriction Add-Ons.
- Brand Posting Add-Ons.
- Location Change Add-Ons or Top-Ups.
- External transfer or extended-term payments.
- Other profile-related services or add-ons.
11.2 Circumstances Covered
The no-refund policy applies, including in cases involving:
- Dissatisfaction with outreach results.
- Lower-than-expected response or conversion rates.
- Changes to the Client’s business requirements.
- Changes to campaign strategy.
- Eligible account restrictions for which replacement is available.
- Reasonable replacement processing periods.
- Bulk replacements requiring more than forty-eight hours.
- Client-caused restrictions for which replacement is unavailable.
- Independent Account Owner activity where no applicable Restriction Add-On was purchased.
- Delays covered by Section 10.
- Location-change processing periods.
- Early cancellation or termination by the Client.
- External transfer or operation of a profile outside the Sbl.so ecosystem.
11.3 Credits
Sbl.so may, at its sole discretion and without creating any ongoing obligation, provide account credits toward future services in exceptional circumstances.
Any such credit is discretionary and does not create a precedent or entitlement.
12. Account Warm-Up, Location Changes, and Profile Modification
12.1 Warm-Up Requirements
All SDR profiles, whether new, existing, modified, or replacement profiles, may be subject to warm-up, pre-warm-up, phased activity limits, or account-safety procedures.
These safeguards are intended to support account stability and reduce unnecessary risk.
12.2 Initial Outreach Limits
New or recently modified SDR profiles may operate under reduced outreach limits during an initial warm-up period.
Sbl.so may determine and adjust these limits based on profile age, account activity, operational history, location configuration, and other safety considerations.
These limits are not overridable by the Client.
12.3 Maximum Outreach Limit
Unless Sbl.so communicates a lower account-specific limit, the maximum permitted outreach volume through an SDR profile is thirty (30) outreach messages per day.
The Client must not attempt to circumvent this limit manually, through third-party tools, additional automation, or any other means.
12.4 Location Change Requested After Profile Activation
Where a Client requests a location change after already using or activating an SDR profile, the Client acknowledges that the change cannot necessarily be completed immediately.
Following receipt of the applicable Location Change Add-On or Top-Up payment, Sbl.so may require up to ten (10) calendar days to safely prepare and transition the profile to the requested operating location or regional configuration.
12.5 Client Acceptance of the Ten-Day Processing Period
By requesting and paying for a location change after the profile has already been activated or used, the Client expressly accepts a processing period of up to ten (10) calendar days.
The Client agrees that this processing period is intended to help protect account stability and shall not, by itself, constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, credit, or replacement.
12.6 Pre-Warm-Up and Controlled Location Transition
Where applicable, Sbl.so may perform pre-warm-up procedures, gradually transition account activity, adjust supported operating-location configurations, or implement other safety procedures before making the changed profile available for normal outreach.
The Client agrees not to independently interfere with, accelerate, reverse, or repeatedly modify these changes.
12.7 Multiple Profile Changes
Repeated, substantial, or high-risk profile modifications may materially affect profile stability.
This is particularly relevant to changes involving:
- Geographic operating location.
- Region.
- Identity-representing profile information.
- Major account characteristics.
- Access environment.
- Other material profile attributes.
Where a profile becomes restricted or otherwise affected after multiple Client-requested changes, Sbl.so may determine that the profile is not eligible for replacement.
12.8 No Guarantee Against Third-Party Platform Action
Warm-up, pre-warm-up, location preparation, regional optimization, and other safety procedures are risk-reduction measures only.
Sbl.so does not guarantee that LinkedIn or another third-party platform will not request verification, limit activity, flag, suspend, restrict, or otherwise take action against an account.
13. External Transfer or Use Outside the Sbl.so Ecosystem
13.1 Replacement Guarantee Applies Only Within the Sbl.so Ecosystem
Any replacement commitment offered by Sbl.so applies only while the relevant SDR profile is operated within the Sbl.so ecosystem and remains subject to Sbl.so’s operational, safety, access, and usage controls.
13.2 Request to Move a Profile Outside Sbl.so
A Client may not move, transfer, export, directly operate, or request control of an SDR profile outside the Sbl.so ecosystem unless such an arrangement has been expressly approved by Sbl.so.
Where Sbl.so agrees to permit an external transfer or external operating arrangement, the Client must pay a minimum of six (6) months of the applicable profile charges in advance before the profile is released or transferred outside the Sbl.so ecosystem.
Sbl.so may impose additional commercial, operational, or security requirements before approving such a transfer.
13.3 End of Replacement Guarantee Following External Transfer
Immediately upon a profile being transferred, released, connected, accessed, or operated outside the Sbl.so ecosystem, all Sbl.so replacement guarantees applicable to that profile cease.
After external transfer, Sbl.so provides no guarantee of replacement if the profile is restricted, suspended, flagged, limited, locked, asked to complete verification, compromised, rendered inaccessible, or otherwise affected by LinkedIn or another third party.
13.4 External Access Risks
Once a profile leaves the Sbl.so ecosystem, Sbl.so cannot control or verify matters including:
- Devices used to access the account.
- Networks or internet connections used.
- Geographic access patterns.
- Automation software.
- Browser environments.
- Proxy or network configuration.
- Changes made to account settings.
- Messaging activity.
- Third-party access.
- Frequency or volume of activity.
Accordingly, Sbl.so will not be responsible for restrictions or account issues arising after external transfer.
13.5 No Replacement, Refund, or Credit
Where an externally transferred profile becomes unusable, restricted, suspended, or otherwise affected, the Client will not be entitled to a replacement profile, refund, billing reversal, service credit, or extension of the paid term.
The six-month advance payment remains non-refundable notwithstanding any subsequent restriction or loss of access, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Platform Compliance
The Client and Sbl.so are each responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rules of third-party platforms relevant to their respective activities.
Sbl.so operates a managed human-operator service and does not represent itself as an authorised LinkedIn reseller or partner unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
LinkedIn and other third-party platforms may modify their policies, technical systems, enforcement procedures, or account requirements at any time.
The Client acknowledges that Sbl.so does not control LinkedIn and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued acceptance of any particular outreach, account-access, profile-configuration, or messaging practice.
Where a platform takes action against a profile because of activity directed, initiated, or materially contributed to by the Client, replacement eligibility remains subject to Section 8.
15. Data and Privacy
The Client agrees not to instruct an SDR profile, Account Owner, or Sbl.so system to collect, extract, scrape, process, or store personal information in a manner that violates applicable privacy or data-protection laws.
This includes, where applicable:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Other applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Sbl.so does not sell Client campaign information to third parties except where information must be processed or shared for legitimate operation of the service, with authorised service providers, or where required by law.
The Account Owner’s obligations concerning Client campaign information are governed by Section 5.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sbl.so’s total liability arising from or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Sbl.so during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.
Sbl.so will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, lost pipeline, reduced campaign performance, reputational damage, prospect complaints, LinkedIn restrictions, loss of access to an SDR profile, delays associated with replacement, delays associated with bulk or high-volume replacements, warm-up periods, verification periods, location-change preparation, or external transfers.
The Client acknowledges that LinkedIn is an independent third-party platform whose availability, policies, enforcement decisions, algorithms, account reviews, and restrictions are outside Sbl.so’s control.
17. Amendments
Sbl.so reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Where a change is material to an active Client relationship, Sbl.so may provide notice through email, the Sbl.so platform, the Client dashboard, or another reasonable communication channel.
Continued use of an SDR profile after revised Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the hiring of an SDR profile, or the services provided by Sbl.so shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
